Hasn't voted | Well, the are along the western border is often referred to as "Alpokalja", which stands for "feet of the Alps". There are a few small mountain groups (Kőszegi-hegység/Günser Gebirge, Soproni-hegység/Ödenburger Gebirge) but the rest are really just hills. Thus, the word "Alp" is definitely not the first thing that one might associate with this area, despite the geological connection. The highest point of this region, Írott-kő, is included in the list.
