I thought about creqating the page, but you were much faster :)
Anyway: one correction: Pilsko is the second highest in Polish part of Beskidy. Sniezka /in Karkonosze/ is higher.

Edit: and antoher one: Pilsko doesn't lie in National Park.

You are always welcome to add some of your information ! I gave you the rights. The text of the gorale song is particularly welcome amongsts others.
* Second highest => I don't know why but I limited my mind to the carpathians. True, Sniezka is higher :) As for adding another interesting mountain, you can try Polica too :)
* National park: in the polish wikipedia page of Pilsko is mentioned "Rezerwat przyrody", is it something different than national park ?

Thanks !!
Eric
p.s: add pictures too :)

Thanks.
I'll add some info soon, I guess.
Rezerwat przyrody is something different. Park Narodowy is an area established to protect /most common/ wildlife. The protected area must be bigger than 1000 ha. In Poland there are 23 National Parks. Rezerwat Przyrody is much smaller, established by voivodships and protects an speific ecosystem. There are over 1300 rezerwats in Poland...

A national park is generally something "greater", usually in terms of attractiveness or size, or both. "Rezerwat przyrody", i.e. literally "nature's reserve", might also attract a higher percentage of scientists while the average holiday-maker will never set foot in it.

Hey Eric there’s something weird going on with your page. Something in your code is making it really wide, probably in the region of 2000px – 2500px, but I can’t work out what. Anyway it’s far too wide for pretty much everyone’s screens, so you need to double check your html and try and sort it out.
Cheers
Dan

you were right, I use Firefox and it didn't occur. With IE, the problem was with the big map downside. It was supposed to be reduced 50% but obviously something was wrong with the interpretation of the HTML with IE. I set the size to 600px and now everything looks fine...

Ahh, thought it might be something like that, I can't get Firefox on my work computer so I have nothing to compare it against. Page looks good now!
