John KirkLong Day?

Voted 10/10

4.6 miles a long day? I did this loop plus Santa Fe four years ago on a brisk September morning. One of my favorites in the south Front Range.

Hi John. We could have done this loop in under four hours. Guys in real good shape could bust it out really fast. But why? On a gorgeous day, why not linger and enjoy this place, which is what we did. We loved it. The area has always been a favorite of mine, too, and I hadn't been in the area in twenty years, and I had always wanted to climb Revenue Mountain (it's a nice looking mountain from Geneva Creek). So it was a rewarding day. I meant to specify "most of a day" on the route page for this purpose (I changed it-thanks), but obviously it can be whipped out real quick for those pressed for time. We just did Santa Fe last week and were very impressed with the view. Thanks for stopping by!

A pleasure, sir. I'm too lazy to add the mountain. You did that, so I went ahead with adding the route. Thanks for that.
