10 plants 327 MW

Actually, there are 10 plants in the Salton Sea region adjacent to the Salton Sea. They produce 327 Megawatts. I know this since my company operates the other 199 MW of existing geothermal power plants in Imperial County; although our plants are further south.

10 vs 7

I saw maybe 4 or 5 of the plants; the website said 7. They probably refer to just that one company's batch... or the website's wrong?

Good page

"While most people won't raise a fuss, 'us' math teachers certainly will."

So will "we" English teachers!

Seriously, though, a good and fun page. You have to love a mountain at -127 feet.
