Sometimes wondering whether I will improve my skills and pick up new sports, but it is getting so much harder with every year passing by. Most days I just feel my sore back and achy joints. But the motto is: keep going.

Amazing picture!

You are far too young to be saying this but I know what you mean having had a C5-C6 disk replacement myself this spring. My body is definitely aging faster than my mind!
