| Great trail, blowdowns mentioned in main text were mostly cleared...crossed about ten in total. Great views from summit, fair amount of snow above 6000'. | |

| Arduous, rocky, steep...all describe the Ousel Peak Trail...but the stupendous views of the southern boundary of Glacier National Park will blow you away....as did the wind with us...sustained gusts of 40-50 mph on the summit...I was physically moved by the wind! | |
