Flavio Daflon started climbing in 1989 and lives the sport professionally since 1995, when he created his company called "Companhia de Escalada", which has graduated more than 600 students. Guide Association of Certified Guides and Climbing Instructors of Rio de Janeiro, he is also author of the Guide Climbs of Urca and Climbing and Hiking Guide for Tijuca Forest. Cintia Daflon climb since 1993 and currently edits the magazine and climbing Fator2 guiadaurca.com site. She also serves as the Company monitors for the climbs and class.
