This camera doesn't have a viewfinder...which is hard to get used to. Our first several times out, I took many blurry pictures because the camera is very sensitive to movement. Once you get used to no viewfinder and the sensitivity of the camera (with lots of practice) it does take great pictures. I would buy this camera again.

If you don't have room for an SLR, but want a wide range to shoot with and plenty of manual control, this is perfect. It does great landscape shots but is a tad slow for that quick wildlife shot. A must on any of my backpacking trips.
