Voted 5/5 | I compared quite a few softshells to this one before I made the purchase. I decided to go with the Genesis because of its comfort, it allowed for very free unrestricted movement. I've used this jacket for ice climbing in Utah, spring mountaineering in California, and as my main outer layer on Denali, with great performance in all areas. The jacket is very breathable and has a nice texture inside and out.
