Whether you're a serious snow addict, have a passion for alpine climbing, or simply like the smell of the mountain air, the Ortovox Peak 29 Pack knows exactly how you feel. This versatile top-loading pack has no problem helping you fulfill your need to climb that peak and leave your mark by ski track or ice axe.


This backpack promises long trips without back pain or neck. The backpack has been developed using the knowledge of primary care sports medicine center in Monaco of Bavaria specialized on the back. The study focused particularly on ways to limit the load on your back.

The lap belt and shoulder straps balance the backpack so the weight falls on the basin and decrease the pressure on the shoulders. "O-FLEX-FRAME" is a flexible 3D individual, adjustable back. In this way the backpack adheres well to the body during every movement, without swinging from side to side and is not an obstacle when descending or climbing. At the same time provides excellent ventilation.

The main compartment is loaded from the top and secured with protection against the snow with a belt and double compression. The large front pocket, typical factor of ORTOVOX, provides quick access to avalanche probe and shovel.
The small pocket below contains the "ORTOVOX - Easy Help Pack for emergencies". Both pockets open with hinges waterproof, as well as the pocket on the abdominal belt and the one on the flap of the backpack.

A bungee cord allows you to transport equipment and helmets and fix them on the flap of the backpack. By means of the webbing with clip-fix hooks on the sides can be fastened skis, tapes are reinforced to prevent premature wear and tear caused by the edges of the skis. The backpack also includes passers gear loops on hip belt for carrying snowshoes, ice axes, ropes, crampons, etc. ...

Inside the backpack hydration systems are well-packed with hooks and pockets. Along the shoulder straps runs a stocking stitched for fastening the tube preventing it from swinging. The chest strap with emergency whistle is easy to adjust. The abdominal belt is easily adjusted from both sides. If they do not have the necessary 29 l volume, you can collapse the backpack both vertically and horizontally.
