Ouzel Lake (5,700 ft) from the summit of Mt. Spickard on August 3, 2003. It's probably an old glacial tarn. The glacier has long since receded (there is a plunging lobe of the Redoubt Glacier--its toe just visible in the top-left corner of the image).
