Hasn't voted | You're welcome.
Yes, there are many peaks with beautiful shapes in this range, most of them overpassing the 6'000m height. | | Posted Dec 16, 2007 3:54 pm |

Voted 10/10 | P.6325 or Jangsunglhomo? | | Posted Dec 16, 2007 2:31 pm |
 | | Bruno | Re: Is that | |
Hasn't voted | I don't think so. It must be a lower summit, that you can see from the main road Gyantse - Nagartse (just at the turn off for Noijin Kangsang BC)
Edit 2008:
After checking again, I noticed that this face does not constitute a real summit, as the ridge is continuing further up until Kaluxung South Summit (6536m).

Voted 10/10 | Great looking peak. Damn, I need to do some climbing in Tibet! | | Posted Dec 17, 2007 12:25 pm |

Hasn't voted | All over China there are great climbing oportunities. Red tape can however be a bit problematic, especially here in Tibet. | | Posted Dec 17, 2007 12:40 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I'd actually planned to visit this autumn. Alas knee injuries! First glance at your username and I thought you might have been the person I was supposed to be going with. I'll no doubt have other opportunities to do some climbing there at some point. | | Posted Dec 17, 2007 2:08 pm |

Voted 10/10 | You must have digitally enhanced the photo ha ha, what an amazing shaped mountain, the sort children draw, and adults tell them they don't exist! | | Posted Dec 17, 2007 12:48 pm |

Hasn't voted | No no John, the picture was not modified by any artificial mean.
You'll find this nice face on the road from Nagartse to Gyantse in Tibet, a few km before Karo La. | | Posted Dec 17, 2007 1:17 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Do you know of any names or if any one has ever summited it before?
Great picture!

Hasn't voted | See my comment above. This face is not an independent peak, but is part of the Kaluxung massif. The face shown in the picture is for sure unclimbed, bu Kaluxung main summit was first summitted in 2005. | | Posted Oct 5, 2008 12:37 am |

Hasn't voted | The whole area around Karo La, where Noijing Kangsang and Kaluxung are located, is one of my favourite... The views on Yamdrok Tso and distant peaks at the Bhutan border are stunning! | | Posted Oct 5, 2008 12:40 am |
| EricChu | What a perfect shape that mountain has!! | |
Voted 10/10 | Just beautiful! Thanks for sharing this one!

Voted 10/10 | What's the rating for that summit? | | Posted Mar 17, 2010 7:40 pm |
 | | Bruno | Re: Pretty cool | |
Hasn't voted | Hi! As mentioned above, P6302m is not a summit, but rather a high point on the ridge leading to Kaluxung South Summit. The normal route to Kaluxung does not pass through P6302m, and I am pretty sure that this face has never been climbed/attempted or rated. Cheers,
Bruno
