| This is a great winter climb! Beautiful views into the Glacier peak wilderness, surrounding Monte Cristo Peaks and Sloan. Wonderfully fun glissades and a good workout to boot. Crampons were needed in the woods after 3,400' (it was weird -- like a glacier with trees on it.) Bright sunshine and good company. I loved this trip! | |

| This was a really fun trip with Gimpilator. Even though the bugs were bad on the summit they were even worse at the lake below where we stopped for a swim on our way down. | |

| This one was more scenic than I expected. The changing terrain kept it interesting at we ascended. I had a broken arm so I could only use one trekking pole. The temperatures were in the 90's so I made use of a couple of left-over snow patches by filling up a bag and then loaded my hat again and again. After the summit, Bryan and I bushwhacked down to Ruby lake for a cold dip. | |
