I don't think I've ever seen so little snow in the Palisades- even in late summer/fall. We sure do need some precipitation here!

Indeed!Dry with more sounds of distant rockfall than I have ever heard before (but I've never hiked from Big Pine to the eastside Palisade glaciers so have no personal comparison).
