Pano from South Side of Sepulcher

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Pano from South Side of Sepulcher
This is the view from the switchbacks going up the south side of Sepulcher Mountain. This picture is taken only partway up, and does not show more distant mountains, such as the Tetons, which were visible on this very clear day.

The south side route goes up the drainage visible in the center of this panorama. The trailhead is near Swan Lake, barely visible in the distance. Bunsen peak is visible to the center left.

Photo taken in mid-June 2008.

Yeah, and surprisingly few people in that wilderness, aside from a few popular short hikes. Glad you liked the shot.
