Pano view from the trail <br>between Verrogne and Vetan
From the trail connecting the villages of Verrogne and Vetan, a wide view of the mountains on the opposite side of the Central Aostan valley. From left:
  • Emilius group, dominating the ski resort of Pila
  • the rounded summit of Pointe de la Pierre
  • Gran Nomenon and the elegant Grivola separating the valleys of Cogne and Valsavarenche
  • the ridge between Valsavarenche and Val di Rhêmes culminating with Punta Bioula
  • the range including Becca del Merlo, Grand Revers and Becca di Tos between Val di Rhêmes and Valgrisenche
