Just a friendly reminder and warning that you should not try to traverse between Papoose and Squaw mountains, as the area between them exits into a local shooting range that is not marked in any obvious way. It would be very easy to get shot if you go off trail. Return to the road and hike up to Squaw using the usual route instead.
