When you first enter the canyon from 1-15
headed west, isn't there some type of
"sun dial" or astronomical device used by
the Native Americans to measure the seasons
and revolutions of the sun ???

Sounds like some Native Americans had a lot
of "time" on their hands! GREAT shot, Dean!

	Hasn't voted	Hmmm, Larry, I sure don't know of a "sun dial". I remember a memorative plaque mounted on a big rock near the parking area and signs warning about staying away from the petroglyphs but no "sun dial" or astronomical device. Thanks for your vote and comments.
