| This was actually my first time at 10,000 ft and it was truly spectacular! We bagged Peak 9,777 first, then followed the ridge to the saddle on up to Payette Peak summit. Wish there would've been a summit register, oh well. I spose this means I need to climb some more, eh? Thanks for the trip report... it helped me gain perspective of where we wanted to go! | A long hike, but really worth it. Place was basically empty. Got caught by the "20% chance" afternoon thunderstorm. | |
