I see what you're talking about...Excuse me. I'm still new to SP; and trying to get my bearings straight on these beautiful photos. 'gjagiels' has a photo showing N. Thunder's position; guess its very close to the Pfeifferhorn. Awesome! (NO need to feel sorry! I'm just an "ARMCHAIR GEOLOGIST" myself.) SEEMS LIKE I'm really learning from your photos - amazing! Thank you, Sean !!!

Gotta visit this areaOther than American Fork twins, I haven't gotten into this area yet although I did camp one night at Red Pine Lake. I am getting inspired by pics like this one to get up to White Baldy, the Thunders and the Pfeifferhorn. So many great peaks in this area, I'm loving it. Thanks for posting this shot.

Re: Gotta visit this areaGlad you like it. I haven't been to the Pfeiff in over 10 years myself; other than that and a failed attempt a couple years ago up the Maybird headwall, I was basically in your shoes before last year. I'm not done being fascinated with that whole area.
