Climbing still is dangerous, you just don't go to the right areas. For instance, at Malibu yesterday I almost got hit with falling debris and falling gear 3 times. The place is full of idiots from the gym. They were all safe though because they had their helmets on!

Solution: In order not to solo (dangerously?) one needs a partner.
