What are the best glissades you SP'ers have done?

My current favorites:
Colchuck Col in late spring. (2500 vertical ft) (Between Colchuck and Dragontail Peak)
Inner Glacier on Mt. Rainier
Granite Mountain by Snoqualmie pass
Old Pilchuck Ski area on Mt Pilchuck is decent if conditions are good

these are a few decent ones. All of the above are in Washington.

Just learned how to glissade this spring with my first try being this slide (2000' loss) in the Super Gully on Lost River Peak. What a blast!

I just did my first glissade on Brokeoff Mountain a few weeks ago. It was only about 50 feet but it was fun. Very Happy Very Happy

Best so far: Green Lakes variation of the South Sister...

About 2 miles and ~2500 ft. elevation, this was sooooooo much fun. I prefer to glissade on my feet (my tracks on the left), while Trevin prefers the butt method. He thought I was crazy when I suggested this descent, but he gave it a try and figured out how fun it is!

My favorite is glissading from Piker Peak to Lunch Counter camp (2600 ft elevation loss) on the South Spur route of Mt Adams.

Mt Washington Lions Head in winter. Its not long, but it's like a bobsled track through trees. Though, one in out party almost lost his balls to a root. Shocked

I LOVE a glissade! (or is that a parade???). Anyway, a couple of favorites have been Kelso Mtn's north couloir ~2,200' vertical, Argentine Pk. west couloirs 1,200 ft., Angel of Shavano, Wilson Pk's west facing couloirs, and so many more.

When I went out to Mt. Shasta a couple of years ago, there was a large groove formed by people glissading. It was like a bobsled track and was fantastic.

The best so far for me has been Inter Glacier on Rainier! A great ride!
