General rule of thumb ... if SP goes down when people in California are sleeping, the problem will be corrected when people from California wake up.

Sort of. Matt is in Washington State (or is it Oregon?), and he's the only one (besides the Gods Who are Heard of No More [Josh/Ryle]) that can fix it. Same time zone, though.
