"The North Face claims that South Butt's products are "causing confusion, mistake and deception among the general purchasing public..."

Wow, those must be some really savvy buyers. Especially since this kid seems to limit his business to casual clothes.

Haha man that's great! I bet the South Butt's gear is way cheaper, and does the same thing!

Well, sit right down and I'll tell you. A long time ago there was a strong man named Samson. His old lady Delilah cut off his hair which was the source of his strength and he became weak and puny and changed his name to David. He then got a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas and shot out Goliaths eye with it.

Kind of reminds me of the fight between JRAT and Patagonia over the "Ratagonia" t-shirts.

Those T-shirts were great. I really wish I had bought a couple of them when they were available.

This is seriously awesome. Boo on North Face for taking themselves too seriously. They already have enough money. Let people have some fun.

Yeah, I did.

Boy, if this guy doesn't get shut down, his business will boom. Going from a little known website to a world-wide news story will sure help his profits.

Clever idea.

I think the Jimmy kid put it best when he said "I think the public knows the difference between a face and a but"

Yes, indeed they DO.

There is very popular outdoor activity here in the United States, perhaps those of you elsewhere in the world are unfamiliar with it, for which the preferred (and indeed almost ONLY) choice of clothing is TNF. This particular activity demands high levels of endurance, perseverance, and can be extremely dangerous if embarked upon without the appropriate protection. What is even more amazing is that this activity is practiced almost entirely by college-age youths and boasts of a high percentage of female participation.

We call it "the walk of shame."
