Adopt a crag at Devil's Tower

Postby mikemcneil » Wed Sep 15, 2010 4:34 am

My GS-100 class at Black Hills State University is helping climbing ranger Will Buckman recruit people to attend an Access Fund Adopt a Crag day as part of their service project. If there are any experinced climbers that can make it I would love to take many of the inexperienced volunteers and students out for an informal climbing session after the event. Trail maintenence will take place from 9-2 and the park is providing lunch and free camping to those that would like to stay the night. Here are some more details:

Satuday, September 25th at 9:00. Trail maintenance and revegetation projects from 0900 to 1400hrs. Free bbq and gear giveway for volunteers as well as free camping for that Saturday night. If you have any questions, hit me up. Plus, lets go climbing!!

Sincerely,
Will Buckman
