Hey,
I am curious if any of you have attempted the Southeast Ridge (Arista del Sol) summiting the Martinez peak on Chimborazo. My partners and I will be heading down in a few weeks to attempt some peaks in the area and this is high on the list of potentials. Research at the AAC (American Alpine Club) library hasn't turned up much. The best descriptions we can find are a paragraph or two in "Ecuador: Climbing and Hiking" and one or two other guide books. The lack of information on the route makes it even more appealing. However, it would be nice to get a little more information on the approach, etc.
