There are so many but I recently did this one.

It's a fun half day and if you want more there is Boynton Canyon right down the road.

Not a hike per se but a great natural water slide attraction is Slide Rock State Park http://azstateparks.com/Parks/SLRO/

Wilson Mountain is the high point of the area. You can take the trail to the back end of the mesa, or you can get off the trail and seek out the high point.

The A. B. Young trail takes you up to the edge of the Colorado Plateau. This one you'll have to bring water shoes to cross the creek.

Bell Rock is a really short fun scramble

West Fork starts out on an easy path up the canyon, following the creek. You can either wade up the river or take the trail. The entire length of the canyon is not a day trip and it gets really rough.

Devils Bridge is a very short one, only about 1 mile in. It can be a side hike combined with another hike in the area.

It snowed on these areas (again) last night. A 4x4 is recommended for taking the Dry Creek Road out to Devil's Bridge.

The Long Canyon trail is a good one to take as a day thing. There's a "side-trail" that veers off to the north (off Long Canyon trail) if you want to check out Three Sisters, which is pretty awesome I might say ...
