"Go away or I shall replace you with a very small shell script."

What does this mean?

Still can't upload any pics. I see the upload take place in the lower left and then I get to a blank screen with the Summitpost Banner and an ad on top but the pic never loads. I presume it's a setting or something on my end.

It's a nerdy joke. With the smallest piece of code a programmer can do a lot of damage. As for the issue, are you using a phone or PC? What browser are you using? I'm guessing it's a cookie issue, although the fact that you posted here just fine points away from this. :? I checked your profile and your settings are exactly as they should be.

I'm on a PC running Chrome though it's no longer supported as I have an older version of Vista but that shouldn't be the problem...I don't think.

Are you telling me that Chrome does not allow you to update due to your operating system being considered too old? Microsoft pulled the same stunt with windows XP. :-P FireFox however has been gracious with working with older computers (at least it was when I had XP). 8)

As for the issue, I'm guessing the error page looks like this: http://www.summitpost.org/404

No, it's not the 404 screen. It's the same minus any info at all. Just blank with the SP header and ad and the little rotating quotes on the bottom but otherwise a blank page.
