What are your opinions/experiences? What climbs are close to this area?

DO NOT GO THERE!!! The guy with whom I went up I.N. stayed there before we met and he had a bad experience.
If you are looking to climb the Ilinizas stay at the hostel in ElChaupi owned by Bladimir Gallo (he also owns the hut on the route and can help with horses). Very climber-friendly!

I am sitting at the computer in Papa Gayo right now. Let me tell you this place is great. The atmosphere and the property are very nice. The staff is friendly and honest. You can arrange your rides for Corazan, Ruminahui, Illaniza, Cotopaxi, and others. The food is great and the tap water is purified, so you can drink it from the faucet. I highly recommend it.
