typing from Canmore, AB this evening, the 4th.....light snow flurries today.

25 degrees and about 4" in the hills between Bozeman and Livingston this morning.....

It hasn't snowed there only. It snowed in Sierra Nevada of Spain just before we ascended La Alcazaba (3371 m) on September 19th, 2009

wyoming mountains getting lots. targhee got 14 inches last week. the webcam at the local ski hill in pinedale shows a good amount today. we got 5 inches in town. local SAR team members say titcomb basin has a foot and a half already.

might have to wax up the rock skis.

Snowed quite a lot the last few days in Norway too. :D Skiing season has already started on the north-west coast.

Snow in Yosemite Valley starting Saturday night, through the better part of Sunday afternoon. Great for views, not so great for climbing :)
