I' ve been to Weissmies two times now (2005 and 2009) and both times there where some quite huge crevasses with bridges to cross and some to jump across. I don't know current conditions but I don't think that it is too much different this year...

Check out this image from 2005 which shows the normal route clearly visible. Most crevasses are located in the slope up to the ridge and in the flat area infront of the slope (!!). Last year the crevasses before reaching the slope where even more serious than the ones in the slope ...
