I'm heading up to Mt. Hood on Friday night and wondered if anyone could provide input on current snow/ice conditions. I want to make sure I'm fully prepared. This will be our second attempt. Any input would be appreciated.

Good up to the Old Chute, then according to Jimbopo it is really icy in the Old Chute (that was two days ago). The cutoff to avoid the knife edge is sketchy at best. Hopefully by tomorrow he will have a trip report.
