Anyone know if all the roads are open at Newberry National Volcanic Monument, including the road to Paulina Peak? The USFS road link isn't working for me:

Also, any recommendations on places to eat dinner in Bend?

My favorite was always cascade lakes brewery up on the west side of town. I think the bend bulletin recently ran an article about road openings, you might try their website.
