Will follow some of Sudety's most lost corners in Indian Summer, with the discover of a "french road" in Karkonosze ;)
(I let the mystery full until the pics will be posted :) )

Looking forward to see/read about your latest Balkan adventure :)

As for my Alpine visits, I have the same problem as you - lack of time :S The most I can do is to slowly post a selection of pics, with a minimal narration. First part is here.

Szani disclosed much more, check his recent pages from the Dolomites.

kamil wrote:I had a little Balkan blitzkrieg last summer, only just started posting some stuff, got enough for 2 mtn pages and updates for a couple more and 3 TR's, just no time...
Clint's just been on the razz in the Tatras and gave me a ring from the top of Poland
Sightings of our fave Gascon have also been reported in the Tatras...
Our Hungarian brothers, tell us some stories about your recent Alpine endeavours...

You've caught the Indian summer just in time :)

At this speed it's gonna take me until next summer to post all I want to :) Anyway, been to Maja Hotit and Maja Nigvacit in July with Tomek (typ), and in Aug/Sept Maja Shkurt (route already posted), all three peaks of Maja Kolata with Gordan (Dinaric-ZG), Bobotov Kuk in Durmitor, and Maglic on BiH/Montenegrin border. Plus some attempts/scouting of peaks I'm not disclosing for now :P

Hadn't you had too much for dinner at Essener-Rostocker Hutte, you'd have surely climbed Grossvenediger!

Have the bears survived?

No photos. I'm afraid I'm as slow as SP recently. :) Anyway, they shot past me while I sat agape with wonder. Hopefully the bears
have survived (unlike the beers).

I blame the long and tiring trek the day after, but who knows...

Anyway, if you happen to order a dish whose name contains "Käseknapfen" (if I recall well), do not order anything else, especially not another dish containing that stuff! It's very good but very filly...
