View from Zugsptize summit

Anyone know what direction was that pic taken :?:

Last winter my brother took it and I can't identify the mountains with my Kompass Wettersteingebirge 1:50.000 map.

Hi Diego,

Your brothers picture is a close up view to the SouthEast. Difficult to see on the first look.

The mountain you see is Hohe Munde. The valley behind is the Inn-valley with Innsbruck on the far left (out of the picture)

In the middle it's the Gatterl, the pass coming up from Gaistal.

Compare this picture:

The rocky ridge in my picture in front on the left side is Jubi-Ridge.

Danke Sebastian. I couldn't identify the mountains because the pic is a close-up as you've said. So the snowed to the left of the Gatterl is Hoher Kamm (2376 m) :?: It's interesting how is that Hohe Munde Ostgipfel and my beloved mountain Almanzor are equal in height.

Is the range in the background Stubaier Alpen :?: Or Tuxer Voralpen :?:

Edit: I think it's the Northern Sellrain Group in the Stubai Alps but I don't know if Kalkkögel is visible

On the right side (front) it is Sellrain with Stubai behind. I think the bigger, dark mountain on the far right is Habicht.

In the middle you can see the valley splitting towards the South (Brenner - Brennero). Left of this valley is Zillertal with Tuxer Alps at its end.

On the larger picture it's possible to see Olperer etc.

Have a nice day!
