Can you recommend sports massage in the Bay Area?

by kovarpa » Thu Oct 08, 2009 11:40 pm

Any recommendations? South Bay preferably. I (my body) have been feeling unbelievably out of alignment for the past 12 months or so... Stretching does not help. am hoping I get some useful tips before this thread gets out of control and moved to P&P...

thanks in advance.

Try Craigslist  (that's the first step towards moving the thread to PnP).

How about a chiropractor?

Get on a runout sport route and jump!

Take a 30 or so foot whipper.

I guarantee that you'll get in alignment really quick and it's free.

combo of massage, hot rocks (which she digs right into you) and acupuncture . . . $70 for an hour . . . then sit in the sauna . . . you might still have to pay the day use fee of 18 or so, to get in . . . but she knows climbers and that which ails them. check her out on the SFPG site.
