If anyone knows what conditions are like on Matterhorn Peak these days--or would like to guess what they will be like right after Thanksgiving--it would be most appreciated.

I guess I should have been more specific--to avoid the sarcasm and condescension.

Does anyone know:

* how much snow might be there in late November?

* if the road ever closes in winter?

* if there's typically any avalanche danger?

* if the snow in late November typically makes it a crampon/snowshoe trip or if it's simply an awkward in-between time (perhaps earlier is better for climbing and later is better for skiing).
