Training?

Postby RBlackJr » Mon Nov 30, 2009 7:58 pm

I need to start doing something. I haven't been active for a couple years now and I need to get back in the game. I'm looking for a Training Program to get me started..... Anyone have any suggestions?

Let us all know here if you are fully functioning, any injuries and what you aim to be doing. I'm sure many ideas will flood in.

No injuries.... Ive just been moving around a lot and haven't made much time for activities. I would like to get back on Rock and maybe try my hand in Mountaineering a little more. I've joined my local Mountaineers group and will be taking some climbing courses this spring. I just want to get a start on my fitness so I dont have a hard time.

i'm sure you'll get loads of advice, but you're only 25 and live near the mountains. why not just start climbing again? that should get you in shape pretty quickly.

I would just run. Trails, roads, whatever, as long as there's hills involved.
