by Lodewijk » Sat Jan 02, 2010 7:56 pm

I am looking for books about easy 3000 meter peaks in the Alps. With easy I mean
reachable by experienced hikers (so no gear( ropes, axe etc) needed) I once heared about a book like that
but I can't find anything about it though....
Can anybody help out here?

and oh: preferably in dutch or english, other wise german is ok too

thanks! 8)

From Richard Goedecke you'll find several Bocks dedicated to 3000m-peaks in Estern Alps, Western Alps, Dolomoites... try eg. an amazon search to find out.
These books are written in german.

I don't know if there are such books in english. I didn't find any particular 'easy 3000er books' in english.
''Leichte 3000er'' is in German, but is very nice with detailed descriptions. Only describes 3000ers in Austria and Italy though. But the one book you mentioned : ''Leichte 3000er of Swizerland'' will be a nice addition for me since I will go there in spring and summer. Thanks!
