Only cloud on the horizon is whether the recent changes to the Manta have made them less strong and less supportive compared with the earlier versions I have.

OR Tremor Pants. These are absolutely perfect for spring skiing. Warm enough to be comfortable at 10,000 with wind, good enough breathing + venting zippers to work down low in the heat, good fit, perfect around the top of my boots, and suspenders are optional. I love them.

True. That's what I get for working from memory. Montbell lists it at 8.8 oz. Compare that to the REI Muir woods fleece that it replaced that REI lists at 23 oz and the Montbell piece is warmer.
