Not challenging, but I feel the best views in the park are from Clouds Rest. Most satisfying class 3/4 thus far for me is either Lyell or Tower.

Too many good options, you really can't make a bad choice for an objective...though be sure to consider the expected conditions in your decision. Enjoy!

Though these three have been mentioned over and over I must echo the sentiments...

Lyell, Cathedral, Matthes Crest (Matthes is great because it's less crowded and a fairly unique climbing experience)

Matthes is not Class 3-4. Don't hurt this guy

Whorl on the other hand is a great mention. One of my favorite experiences in the mountains, ever. Hard to beat the trade route features such as chokestone, catwalk and "no fat man traverse"

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Given the time constraints I'm going to try to summit North Dome (for the great pics of Half Dome) and Cathedral. This would make for a very long day but I would get to see a large portion of the park and summit 2 peaks.

Five years ago, I went to Yosemite for three days to do three peaks. I did Cathedral by the standard route, Conness by the east ridge route from Alpine Lake, and Dana via the Dana Couloir.

Conness had the best wilderness feel, but the route was disappointingly easy. Cathedral was the most fun to climb and had views of the Echo Peaks that were just unforgettable.

If I had to do one of them again, it would be Cathedral. If I had a little more time, without a doubt it would be Lyell, though those shots of the Matthes Crest look mighty tempting.

I did the N. Ridge of Conness last summer by myself and was pretty impressed by the outing. No one on the route, fantastic wilderness, and interesting climbing make it pretty awesome.

Haven't done Starr King yet but it looks so interesting...

But honestly, YNP is heaven and standing on any summit there is wonderful.

No doubt. The lamest summit is still pure sweetness.

The sheer rock quality and relative shortage of sand/talus slogs put many Yosemite peaks on the top of my favorites list. Like Yosemite Valley, Cathedral, Matthes Crest and Tuolumne domes are unique and without equal anywhere else. Another unique feature that comes to mind is the Sawtooth Ridge.
