You would think that all the PnP crap would have followed the old PnP group into the off site forum started by the now gone member known as Squishy, but it seems that for some people, it wasn't the debate or the clowning around which they enjoyed as claimed, but the chance to behave on SP like adolescents with behavior problems. Fortunately, many of the worst offenders who had the worst reputations have taken the toilet typing to VCF. Sadly, some are still here, doing what they do.

perhaps an alogory (its got some higher math involved):

a fool took to yelling in the street early one morning. a man of great reputation stepped out into the street and decided to put an end to this nonsense, and yelled at the fool to be silent. the two went on for an hour until the man of reputation was arrested along with the fool for being a fool, yelling in the street.

if a fool is yelling in the street, and you go yell at him, you are nothing more than a fool yelling in the street yourself.

if you wankers are so above us drivel who want to joke and argue a bit, then simply open other pages...there's more content on this site than you could go through in a year of doing nothing but opening SP pages. if you've got nothing better to do than yell at fools in the street, i'd say your frustration comes from realizing you are a fool.

I am not surprised to see the thread deleted, not does it bother me one way or the other that much. But for those going on and on about PnP and believing there was something wrong with peladoboton's tread, it is worth noting that NONE of the following occured (at least not that I saw):

Personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts, including hate speech and insults.

Personal threats of violence will not be tolerated and the offender will be blocked from the forum immediately. Length of the ban will be decided upon by the SP staff on a case by case basis.

Nonsense posts, advertising, spamming and trolling.

Posts that are overtly sexual in nature, or that encourage illegal activities.

So if you saw the thread, try not to be too up in arms over it.

...says the man who went and played in the "off-site forum" and had fun for a short time, before he was basically asked to leave (runn oft) for telling a detailed account of how he kicked and beat the crap out of a stray dog that was begging for attention, simply because he got mud in the back of his car.
