If someone whines about getting it back will we get it?
People need to get use to this new layout, if you take away a large portion of conversation (Drivel) people will take much longer to get use to it and maybe lose interest and think its to much to learn. If you were going to nuke it, then it should have been done in 4 weeks or so IMHO.

Yeah, they're gone. There were 40 or so messages that went into never never land because of the problem.
