Need Big Mountain to Climb in Europe (4th till the 6th Nov)

by JesusAlex » Sat Oct 23, 2010 8:42 pm

I was thinking of Climbing Mont Blanc, but from what I can see, no one climbs it in November time!
Someone please suggest something else I can Climb in Europe in November time!!

I'm no expert Climber, but I'm fit, ambitious & a quick learner!
I wanna fly out out on the 4th in the morning & come back on the 6th in the evening having reached the summit of a big mountain!
Can someone please advise me! :)

Many Thanks!

Firstly you'd need to know what country to visit...

Choose southern Europe for that time of the year.

Southern Europe! We're getting some where now! : ) Just need to know what Mountain to climb now!

I Really appricate all your other comment! & appricate your expertise & your opinions!
But, although it is SO short time from now, I'm not the type of person to just jump at something and get my self killed! I'll plan like Crazy & Make SURE that I'm prepared! I just got a Really Big Personal Reason why I want to do this so soon so I just need help to find a Mountain that is possible to do this time of year in Europe!

Many Thanks Again! : )

Toubkal is a good choice in November. Weather will still be good and it's possible to do in about three days from Marrakech. But obviously it's in Africa instead of Europe.

Thanks Everyone! Toubkal is Awesome!
But due to the fact that it's outside of Europe, the price is Alot higher to get there! Which mean I won't be able to go so soon! I've definately listed it down though! is there any others people could possible suggest in Europe!

many Many thanks! : )

Closer than Morocco and safe at this time of the year, and still high... Mulhacen? Or Pyrenees for something more adventurous?
