I tried this - and sent emails. No response to either. And BTW - the park does not administer this crazy program - I was told by the park that it is another entity within the federal govt. (wish I wrote down the name) who is no where near as responsive as the park.
Try getting the tickets too - took me writing my own script to score these after failing to get them 1.5 mins into the 1st release.
