I think one reason for lack of technical route pages is that it's so much harder to create a technical route page from memory as it is a non-technical route page.
It's pretty easy creating a route page for a non-technical mountain even several years after you made the climb by just looking through your maps and photos.
Unless you took really good notes, it's much harder to create a technical route page even a month or two after you made the climb. Every technical route page I have written was either written right after the climb was made or had at least another route description to look at and refresh memory. Things like route difficulty is easy to remember, but remembering individual pitch details, not as much.
