Most of my material is already removed, meaning around 100 routes and mountains exclusive to SP that could be found nowhere else. Trip reports, special objects, articles and albums have been removed. Low and high profile mountains and area pages originally created by me or adopted in SP’s first or second year have been removed. Some recent adoptions have also been removed.

On recent visits to SP, I’ve noticed visitation is down and nothing happens in the forum.
I have no idea what goes on in the forums other than stuff posted in site feedback, but I can tell you that overall visitation to the site definitely is not down.

That made me reluctant (cowardice??) to nuke/move a thread started by another valuable member with a lot of climbing cred. I don't think it belonged in General and, reading Aaron's remarks, I now wish I'd taken action, but having said that, I know damned well that it would most likely have opened another can of worms.
