Evolution Traverse in Winter completed by a rubber duck

by zoomloco » Sun Mar 18, 2012 11:02 pm

Evolution Traverse in Winter, the numbers: 9 13,000' peaks, 3 Pullharder dudes and a rubber duck, 4 days on route, 7 days overall, wind as high as 90mph; cold as low as -7F.
In any case now the Trip Report, not just the summary, is finally up. Pics, commentary, vids, the TR and even a 3-D flythrough are at:

Enjoy!

Congrats to you. This is like the zillionth time I read Pullharder report on something really worthy. It seems that you should take this game much father afield. Looks to me like the Sierra to you guys now is just for cruising and having fun, summer or winter. How about some big peaks of Peru, Bolivia or Nepal to play on? Its time. Again congrats.

One has to wonder if the energy expended by three guys to get all the GU out of a single packet equals the energy extracted. Excellent effort.

That trip defines the term "Do Epic Shit" . . . or should it be "DID Epic Shit"? Great job. :D :D
