Are gas canisters compatible with MSR, Primus, etc available in Amecameca/

Thanks,

In '08 we found a compatible cartridge at a hardware store just off the square.
Note that I think the mix is a little different than what you get in an MSR cartridge- it was more sensitive to cold. So at Piedre Grande, sleep with it.

Jim, did you pick up MSR compatible IsoPropane/Butane cartridges, or white gas? Thanks!

They're MSR and Primus and everything else screw compatible butane cartridges. I have an MSR Superfly. This time (week before last) they were tall, yellow butane cartridges. Last year at the same place, they were tall black cans. Just take the stove with you so you can be sure that they'll screw on ok. These are NOT the official isobutane stove stuff, just something that's locally available and will work.
