Does anyone know what this thing looks like right now? Is it skiable? Is that wishful thinking?

I was there on Sunday - did not climb it but looked down from the top into both branches. It's filled, but the snow is very unconsolidated and there's crust under it. We climbed a snow gully on the nearby Sisters that had similar snow and a similar angle - it didn't slide but I felt nervous. I'd say the couloir is risky. Then again, maybe the warm weather this week has bonded the snow. Be safe.

I also wonder what the winds will do to the snow in there...

Yes, on last Sunday.

Left fork is still in but the top of the right fork looked melted out. The snow high up is hard so crampons are recommended. We ended up putting crampons on in awkward positions 'cuz we thought we could kick all the way up.
